A: Payment can be made in advance via cash or online payment. We recommend prepaying before your service date to avoid any issues. If paying cash, you may also pay on the same day before the cleanup begins.
A: If we’re unable to access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other barriers, we reserve the right to charge a $10 trip fee. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid additional fees.
