​1. Services Provided

Scooper Squad offers pet waste removal services, including regular yard clean-ups, one-time clean-ups, and yard deodorizing spray. All services are subject to availability and agreement upon scheduling.

2. Payment Terms

• Regular Services: Payment is due in advance for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans.

• One-Time Services: Payment is due upon booking.

• Additional Fees: Services for larger yards, multiple dogs, or add-ons like deodorizing spray may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a $5 rescheduling fee.

4. Service Area Access

• Customers must ensure access to the service area (e.g., unlocked gates). If access is unavailable, the service will be rescheduled, and a $10 trip fee may apply.

• Scooper Squad will not be responsible for missed clean-ups due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or inaccessible yards.

5. Pet and Yard Safety

• Scooper Squad staff are trained to work around pets but reserve the right to refuse service if aggressive animals are present.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that pets are safely secured during service.

• Yard conditions must be safe and free of hazards like broken glass or debris.

6. Refunds

Refunds for prepaid services will only be issued for cancellations made more than one week in advance of the service, minus a $10 processing fee.

7. Liability

• Scooper Squad is insured and will take reasonable care during service. However, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing yard conditions, unsecured pets, or inaccessible areas.

• Customers must inform Scooper Squad of any potential hazards or special yard conditions before the service.

8. Customer Information

• By providing your contact information, you agree to allow Scooper Squad to contact you about your service request and future promotions.

• We will never share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Promotions and Discounts

• Discount codes, such as those provided on door hangers, are valid for first-time customers only and cannot be combined with other offers.

• The 100% off promotion is limited to specific codes and will be disclosed upon redemption.

10. Service Adjustments

• Yard deodorizing spray is an add-on service and may be scheduled separately if requested.

• Additional charges may apply for extreme conditions such as excessive waste buildup or overgrown grass.

11. Changes to Terms

Scooper Squad reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or the website.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Scooper Squad will attempt to resolve issues amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
