By booking services with Scooper Squad, you agree to the terms below. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

1. Services Provided

Scooper Squad offers pet waste removal services, including yard clean-ups and yard deodorizing spray. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement upon scheduling.

2. Payment Terms

Regular Services: Payment is due in advance for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans.
One-Time Services: Payment is due upon booking.
Additional Fees: Larger yards, multiple dogs, or add-ons may incur extra fees disclosed at booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before service to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a $5 rescheduling fee.

4. Service Area Access

Customers must ensure access to the service area (e.g., unlocked gates).
Missed services due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or inaccessible yards may incur a $10 trip fee.

5. Pet and Yard Safety

Staff are trained to work around pets but may refuse service if aggressive animals are present.
Yards must be safe and free of hazards.

6. Refunds

Refunds for prepaid services are only issued for cancellations made more than one week in advance, minus a $10 processing fee.

7. Liability

Scooper Squad is insured and takes reasonable care during service.
We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing yard conditions, unsecured pets, or inaccessible areas.

8. Customer Information

By providing contact information, you consent to us contacting you about your service and future promotions.
We never sell or share your personal information except as required by law.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Discount codes are valid for first-time customers only and cannot be combined with other offers.
The 100% off promotion is limited to specific codes and terms disclosed upon redemption.

10. Service Adjustments

Yard deodorizing spray is an add-on service and may be scheduled separately.
Additional charges may apply for excessive waste buildup or overgrown grass.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website and, if applicable, emailed to customers.

12. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to Ontario law.
